IV Incubator Convention!

Our innovation managers, Aneta Dygas and Beata Seweryn, took part in the 4th Incubator Convention organized by the Stocznia Foundation, which was held in Warsaw.
During two intense days, we discussed what lies behind the success of innovation—from the initial idea to its implementation.

We considered what determines the sustainability of projects, what role people on both sides of innovation play, and how to measure effectiveness wisely in order to truly support development.
During the meeting, we also focused on the topic of acceleration, i.e., what happens to innovations after the incubation stage is complete.

During the meeting, we exchanged experiences from the first accelerations carried out by our teams and together we considered how to overcome the challenges we encounter and support the development of innovative projects even more effectively.

We also talked with representatives of the ministry about the difficulties that arise in the implementation of innovation and possible scenarios for overcoming them.
We discussed which features of innovation make it easier to bring to market and which require more time, testing, and collaboration.

It was an extremely inspiring meeting full of knowledge sharing, energy, and ideas! We are delighted to have been able to participate in such an event once again.
