Registration for the workshop has started!
Registration has begun for the workshop “Service Design in Practice: From Problem to Innovation” led by Agnieszka Mróz, which will be held already on April 5 at the AGH Student Design Center.
Service design is an interdisciplinary approach that integrates tools from different fields. It focuses on designing services from a user experience perspective, covering all points of contact between the customer and the organization. Above all, the process ensures that the solutions created truly respond to authentic user needs.
The meeting has the character of an interactive workshop. Work will take place in interdisciplinary teams, allowing for the exchange of diverse perspectives and experiences.
During the workshop you will learn a range of practical tools and methodologies that will allow you to:
- Precisely identify the desired change and define measurable project goals
- Deeply understand the potential audience of the offering (going far beyond the standard
- Effectively map the solution’s operating context, taking into account social, economic and technological considerations
- Systematically analyze alternative solutions and select those with the greatest potential
