Inauguration of AGH Accessibility Knowledge Center
The official launch of the AGH Accessibility Knowledge Center (CWD AGH) project, implemented by the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow and financed by the National Center for Research and Development as part of the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 program, took place recently.
CWD AGH is an interdisciplinary initiative aimed at creating solutions that increase accessibility, support universal design, and develop technologies that can realistically improve the functioning of people with disabilities.
The project will include the creation of LivingLab, a technology park, guides and educational materials, an information and consultation point whose task will be to transfer knowledge to the socio-economic environment, and research on technologies supporting people with disabilities, conducted by an interdisciplinary team of experts.
The project is being implemented by the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering, and the AGH Accessibility Department
in cooperation with us, INNOAGH.
As a partner, we are happy to support activities that contribute to building a more accessible and inclusive environment for everyone.
