Visiting student projects
On December 10, at the Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics, and Telecommunications of the AGH University of Science and Technology, an open presentation of IoT projects prepared by students of Teleinformatics took place, where teams presented fully functional prototypes responding to real challenges of smart environments, such as smart buildings, factories, and healthcare systems.
We actively participated in the event together with the Center for Cooperation and Technology Transfer, giving lectures on the commercialization of projects, building startups, and creating spin-off companies. During the presentations, we showed students how to turn a technological idea into a real market product and what development paths are available after the project is completed.
We want to remind students of the importance of academic entrepreneurship and the courage to develop their own ideas. We emphasized that innovative ideas originating at the university can successfully find their place on the market, and we are here to support their further development. As a result, the project show became not only a form of assessment, but also a practical lesson in entrepreneurship and a valuable networking opportunity.
We congratulate all teams on their creativity, commitment, and impressive results. This is an excellent example of practical education and an innovative approach to engineering education.
