Analysis of the State and Recommendations for the Model of Collaboration with the Socio-Economic Environment

We offer a service to analyze the current state of direct and indirect commercialization, as well as R&D services. Experienced experts will conduct an analysis and recommend the best collaboration model with the business environment. The detailed scope of the offer will be tailored to the needs and expectations of the Ordering Party. The report may include elements such as:

1. Entity analysis.

The contractor will conduct an audit of the entity – review the available resources, financial status, research base, infrastructure, and human resources. The contractor will also analyze the entity’s current state of technology transfer (direct and indirect commercialization). Then, they will determine the entity’s possibilities in conducting research and development, including collaboration with economic entities and commercialization into the economy.

2. Technology transfer.

Based on the analysis, the contractor will prepare recommendations and best practices for the Ordering Party in the area of commercialization (technology transfer), including the methodology of the comprehensive commercialization process from the moment of submitting the R&D result to the valuation and conclusion of the commercialization agreement.

The contractor will also prepare a description/model of technology transfer in formal terms: sale, license + conditional options, including technology transfer through a research and development project.

3. Tax Section related to R&D activities.

The contractor will prepare a synthetic description, along with the legal basis, of tax incentives for research and development activities applicable in Polish legislation.

4. Technology Transfer Agreements.

The contractor will prepare four variants of draft agreements (related to licenses and sales) in the field of technology transfer, including one based on a selected commercialization case at the Ordering Party.

The method of implementation and the detailed scope of the audit are individually agreed upon with the Ordering Party, taking into account the needs and conditions of the entity.

The contractor will conduct on-site visits to the Ordering Party for an initial familiarization with the entity’s resources (analysis) and presentation of the results.
